What app is used to control the panels?
The panels are controlled by the "CoolLED1248" app in the app store for Android and iOS.
Can the panels be cut to a different size, or can I order a custom size?
No, the panels can not be cut to change size without being damaged. We are not able to offer custom sizes at this time.
Can multiple panels be synced together?
No, the panels can not be synced together, however you can send the same data to multiple panels at once.
Can I "hack" or use custom programming with the panels?
The panels are not designed to be customized, and we do not offer an API at this time. You're welcome to experiment, but we will not be able to offer replacements within our usual guarantee window if the panel is damaged due to experimenting.
