When will my order ship?
We usually ship orders within 3-5 business days. Some products may take up to 10 days to ship.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. International shipping costs will be provided at checkout.

My order says it shipped from “Lumen Couture”: why?
Lumen Couture is our sister business, creating ready-to-wear designs using the components found here. We ship from the same studio, therefore your receipt and tracking will say Lumen Couture.

How do I use this product?

What is your returns policy?
We offer a “60-day tech guarantee” for all of our products. If something is defective or broken, we can either refund or replace the item within 60 days of purchase.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your package on our website or on the carrier’s website.

I’m an educator, can I receive a discount?
Yes! We offer discounts on quantities over 10 units for verified educators. Please contact us at support@lumencouture.com. Note that we may require 3-5 business days to respond.

We are happy to answer any questions on the product itself, however we are not able to consult on specific projects or make guarantees on what will or will not work.
